This is amazing place I am coming back the hookah is the best In queens good food and nice music the staff and the manager were friendly good place to chill especially the private booths are so good private this place has good vibes but no out side the Long Island ice tea was like the best I ever had thank you la Canela coming back

HORRIBLE SERVICE, owner provided a horrible horrible taste of experience, crowd was awful music is awful and staff is even worst the Food was also Raw, Old and found a couple pieces of Hair on my mini sliders bathroom is filthy with a lot rodents I would never recommend this place to anyone worst place in QUEENS NYC

If you want a place to listen to top hip-hop while doing hookah, then La Canela is your place to be. I enjoyed this hookah lounge because of the atmosphere. You and your friends can have an enclosed table and they have large group seating. In addition, their music isn't so loud to the point that you are yelling at your friends.
Of course, their hookah is some of the best I've had on Steinway. The flavor is always super vibrant and lasts for a very long time too. I recommend apple and cinnamon mixed together. It tastes apple cider. Perfect for these fall/winter days.
