RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
Had a bad experience here from the get go: during my first free class, the instructor failed to pay attention to my work, often leaving me to follow along without knowing if I was doing things right. After speaking with the instructor and the people at the front desk, I joined the gym anyway.
Total nightmare. Not only are they almost prohibitively expensive, getting a personal trainer was a headache, and I was unwittingly involved in their drama with L.A. Boxing's administration.
To boot, once I developed a medical condition that made it next to impossible to work out, they refused to allow me to cancel without charging crazy amounts of money. When I waited for my contract to finish in order to cancel, they tried to automatically enroll me for a second year. When I tried to cancel the automatic rollover, they CHARGED me as if I was cancelling the contract!!
These people do NOT know how to do business. Everything is done to try to get as much money out of you as possible, while providing you with minimal service. Never again.
