L'Occitane en Provence

L'Occitane has wonderful products and almost always memorable service, but this location in particular really blew me away. I came in on a hot (95 degree) day and was instantly offered ice cold lemonade to sip while shopping. The staff was very patient in helping me find exactly what I needed-- I was shopping for a few gifts-- and took care to package everything exactly as I needed. Sometimes you get a salesperson who hovers a lot and wants you to try everything, but everyone working at this location was great at providing the right balance of attention and space. Lots of samples as always and just a generally very enjoyable experience!

Walking into this store is so refreshing. The staff jumps up to assist you and recommend great items. There is a line for babies and it totally cures diaper rash and they will make a basket for new mom's and new babies. A great gift~
There are always plenty of testers and the staff will happily do a mini facial.
Samples upon request. Stop in and try the drink of the day. It's just water with cut up fruits;apples, cucumbers or similar.
