- Terrible #104451

Purchased vented log insert for $1300. Owner gave limited instruction on installation when asked. As a result, remote receiver melted. Owner stated that it was not under warranty and wanted an additional $150 for unit. Found same remote unit on eBay for under $70. BUYER BEWARE, this guy looks to make quick buck and offer's nothing in way of information or customer service.
