Terrible
Came out to fix dishwasher that was leaking.
Out there for 5 minutes said he adjusted door and left.
Still leaking came back out again this time said adjusted tilt of dishwasher.
Still leaking
Refuse to wait on them again to do nothing. They are terrible and would avoid at all costs
Gave one star because could not give zero starts

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!
Phone line constantly busy, no appointments for 3 days. They charge $150.00 just for showing up. Guy came, fixed problem in less than 20 min....total damage $454.50....Are you F@&KING serious?!? Total rip-off. Please avoid. Find somewhere else

The button on the microwave (that you press to open the microwave door) broke. My wife liked our built-in microwave, so she wanted it repaired rather than buying a new one. They lived up to their word and fixed it just as promised, but they charged $288.90 to fix a button. That seems silly, but my wife paid it.

Nothing to like about it. The person who showed up to fix the fridge was extremely rude and needs to work in his people's skills and probably a ophthalmologist check up. He did not read his work order properly and we pointed out the fridge needed more than a gasket replacement he got very aggravated. The customer service is the same or worst. So, save yourselves a terrible experience. Beside making you feel like they are doing you a favor better than providing with a service which by the way is pretty expensive, they don't get the job done. And they treat you like is your fault. The worst experience with a appliance service company.
