An older lady with an obvious learning disability was dropped off at our business by this company. When we called to have her picked up and brought back to her house, they refused to come get her, saying she "stiffed" the driver. After trying to fix the situation with no success, I called in with my own personal credit card and PREPAID for the client's ride home. They advised us they would be there to get her in 10-15 minutes. 40 minutes later we were still waiting (the company is less than 6 miles from our business) and got attitude from some snotty dispatch operator. Finally they came rolling in to pick up this poor woman and had the gall to add a tip to my credit card receipt. They charged $20 for a 3 mile ride. With that kind of BS I should have driven the client home myself. Way to go L & G, you have all kinds of compassion and holiday spirit.Plus, the woman is DISABLED. Maybe she didn't stiff you, maybe she was genuinely confused. Maybe your driver ripped HER off. Whatever the case, this company is unprofessional and rude. Don't use them.
