L+C is one of the few remaining mid-sized full-service design firms in the NYC area (25 people). Staff includes licensed engineers, planners, surveyors, and architects. 100% honorable and dependable: their many repeat clients include boards of education of cities in Hudson and Bergen Counties. they specialize in design of educational facilities, water purification systems, public infrastructure/streetscape rehabilitation.
