So I walked in Asked for less ice in my large bubble tea expected to get exactly what I ordered. so then gave me extra ice I realized this after like 2 min of walking. so I decided to returned it expect to be severed with great customer service.but I was wrong when I walked in and kindly explained what happen and showed the reciept they said ok then they became very rude by giving me it back with more ice same cup with less than half the cup had tea with no bubble. Worst spot you can possibly go.

Brand new location, great staff with quick and friendly service!!! Only bubble tea around that area with close proximity to the train station. Very convenient!
