Finally! A NYC quality restaurant in Westchester! I just came back from Tokyo and found that the taste and presentation of the food at Kumo to be just as good or better. The cocktails are very unique and delicious, too. Wait staff is wonderful, the ambiance is contemporary and very nice. It does get a bit noisy when the tables fill up, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience. This restaurant is a must!

It's excellent food and quality, specially for the cost. There's something for everybody on their varied menu, even allowing you to get rolls in Brown rice instead of white. Highly recommend it.

There are only 2 sushi restaurants that are Manhattan quality in Westchester--Kumo and Karuta. Kumo recently opened and is probably the best in Westchester for sushi.
