Not only was this a rigorous class but there the space was clean and nice looking. What was also really neat was the little cafe they have right there on premises. There was a real yoga feeling there where relaxation can be had in a city environment!

Beautiful space, thoughtful creative sequences, and challenging but not intimidating. And Kevin B sang to us at the end, which is always a plus. Great specials for new students too, so make sure to snag one of them.
