KSK and NSK (Shell Station on 99 Shore Rd) and the Meineke (formerly Ragusa, 122 Main St) are all owned by the same scammers. They used bait and switch tactics and milk you for everything. They will use all sorts of threats and scare tactics. DO NOT give them your car. I don't understand how they are not under investigation for fraud. I am a concerned Port Washington resident and not affiliated with any business in Port. I had a terrible experience with them at one their locations. Check yelp and port washington patch reviews of all three of these locations. Any good reviews written are by family and friends of owners of these locations (check common grammar errors.)

Zero stars if I could. They tell you their inspection machine is broken if they don't find a way to rip you off. Total scam and waste of time.

Bait and switch would be the operative phrase for this place. Owned and operated by Pakastanis who immigrated here, along with Ragusa's, which is also in Port Washington from what I was told by a reputable repair shop. I took my car here for the special on the inspection and they tried to tell me my 2010 model needed new brakes and tires. The car only had 12,000 miles on it, so I knew they were trying to get money out of me. I declined and took it elseware. It looks like the other negative posts below match my experience somewhat!

STAY AWAY!!! First of all, anyone who writes that this place is great is either highly uneducated or is the owner himself who is foreign. I went here with a coupon and they failed my car because it needed new brakes and belts (which it did not according to Honda certified techs). They did not give me a NYS temporary 10 day pass, which is illegal. After refusing to buy brakes for $600, I left and they called the cops on me since I had no sticker on my car! The service here is horrible and the owners are crooks. Also, replacing brakes on an everyday car will cost you $200-300 tops, I just picked up sport brakes for under $400 online, so clearly they are rip offs! If you don't know anything about cars, they will take advantage of you. They seem like good guys with the coupons and everything else, but they rip you off and break laws. STAY CLEAR OF HERE!
