Professional Food photographer here. I have been lucky to try all types of great food in the surrounding area. Don't be fooled by their crappy website. There polish food is being cooked by little old polish ladies who you can imagine are making some very authentic comfort food. The prices are fair and the servings are large. I highly recommend the duck special with dumplings or their trout with roasted potatos and red cabbage. Enjoy.

If you want to try Polish food, this is the place!
The food here feels just like home-cooked Polish food. The food was absolutely amazing at a reasonable price. If you've never had Polish food, I recommend you try the Polish platter, you won't regret it (and chances are you won't finish it because there's so much food).
While I didn't dine-in, the atmosphere seemed warm and cozy, something I'd definitely consider another time. Only thing is that there's no private lot, so expect street parking.

I really love this place, some of the best polish food out there. I used to visit them in Willamsburg and there was one in Maspeth, I was so happy to see it here in Ridgewood near my home. Love it all!!! Look I don't go there for the waitstaff, I go there because the food is on point, good prices and overall quick service.

I wanted to go there once to check it out since it's one of the few Polish restaurants around. I ended up having a very similar experience to Kamil Grzybowski below. The waitresses have a terrible attitude, don't care about their customers and are super bitchy. Why would you want to go there? Avoid at all cost!

Truly excellent Polish food in a formerly German but now heavily Slavic neighborhood.
This place is a temple for lovers of meat. Probably not a great place for vegetarians to go. Well, it would be fun for them to come so we avid carnivores could throw the bones at them after we've finished gnawing the meat from them and then laugh. ;-)
Decent prices. Not dirt cheap but not hideously overpriced either. Fast efficient service. This is not a white glove, yuppie or trendy hipster kind of place.
I suggest coming several times and working your way through the menu. If I could afford to, I'd probably eat here every day and then waddle home.
