Kristal Auto Mall

Please don't use Kristal Automall for your vehicle service needs! I dropped off my 2007 Trailblazer the beginning of November with the expectation they would correct the check engine soon indicator. It is now February and all I have received are excuses and no resolutions. I was told by the service manager Anthony that he has vehicles that have been there longer than mine. It is a sad state of affairs when a manager believes that telling a customer this is something positive. They currently have me over a barrel because my engine is "allegedly" apart waiting to be fixed... It's apparent if you need an oil change or a wheel alignment Kristal is the one to chose. However if you need extensive repair work Kristal is NOT and SHOULD NOT be your choice in repair and automotive needs please avoid the problems I have encountered and find another reputable shop to do you're repairs! I really wanted to give them zero stars but it doesn't allow it!

The worse Dealership i ever been to. The staff of the shop extra rude . I called few days before and say that my 2002 Gm car has engine issue can i bring it in and they said yes. When i go there they were yelling at me and told me to get my car out of their lot and they wont work on it since its too old and they dont have mechanic to work on it. They only take cars 2006 and up and maybe they can see my car in April. THE WORST DEALER EVER STAY AWAY!!!!

Our experience (me & my wife, Vera),was a very enjoyable one. This was our 1st time buying a brand new car. Our sales person Courtney Williams was the best. He took his time with us, answered our questions and explained everything. It was the best experience in buying a brand new car & we are enjoying our 2016 Chevrolet Impala.

Brought a 2014 Nissan Altima 4 months ago and had the oil changed by the service department. Today I took the vehicle to somewhere else to have the oil changed and was told that a piece which goes under the vehicle was missing. The piece protects debris from being kicked up into the engine from getting any damage and should be on the vehicle. After calling Krystal to mention this - I was told that the piece is cosmetic and they will not replace it even if it was two days after the purchase of the vehicle and was told to call a Nissan Dealer to confirm that the piece is cosmetic. After calling Nissan I was told by the Service Department that the piece is not cosmetic and serves a purpose. After calling back and speaking to the Manager and Sales Mgr they still denied any responsibility for this. SO IN OTHER WORDS MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR VEHICLE FULLY CHECKED OUT BECAUSE EVIDENTLY THEY WILL SELL YOU A VEHICLE THIS IS MISSING PERTINENT PARTS. I WILL NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER AND WILL TELL ANYONE THAT I KNOW NOT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!! ONLY 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULD NOT POST 0 STARS.
