Krazy Nails Salon

Horrible service. My nail artist Cindy had no proper training nor a license. My skin was cut . Also she couldn't shape nails properly. First I told her that I didn't want the shape that she was giving me ,quickly after she started speaking Chinese to other workers then she tried to pass me off to another nail artist. Lastly confronted the owner who was in the store at the moment and didn't try to help he was just being rude, he was implying that since I wanted my nails cut down that they will have to shape my nails to the point where my skin was burning and skin was removed . But the crazy part of this story is that I come every 2 weeks and get my nails cut down and shaped and I have never had this problem. I asked if he can soak the nails of and he was telling me that I had to pay to remove nails that his worker Cindy Ruined.

This will be reported to The State of Nj bored and health department.

They do the best nail design's ever

The only good thing was that I didn't have to wait, they seated me right away. Other than that they charged me 5 dollars extra for nails I could of done at home. The overall quality was not worth the trip.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! They rush to do clients nails, do very Sloppy work. And when a customer speaks About their dissatisfaction, they talk about clients in their own language and mess up the Nails on Purpose. If you proceed to tell them that you're unsatisfied with the work they did , they will yell at you and tell you not to come back, to go elsewhere. I've gone to Krazy Nails for over 15 years, and as the years go by their customer service and the way they Disrespect and disregard their customers is appalling. I Will be seekin a New Nail salon.

I love getting my nails and feet done from here. They make sure they do it the way you want it. your never dissatisfied. and they keep good conversation.
