Waited an extra day to unload because they aren't flexible with appointments even for 1/2 a truck. Showed up 2 hours early on appointment and still had to wait, then given a dock # which wasn't even empty. After bumping dock nearly an hour late was told lumpers fee would be $320 for 14 pallets of tortilla chips 8500 lbs gross! I asked to unload myself they said I could not. Then of course they had to take extra long unloading and restacking inside trailer in order to justify the $320. Checked in at 0350 for a 0600 appointment, out at 0935. Other 2 stops in and out quick no issues no lumper charge

I deliver here 2-3 times a month. Not bad just all depends on how busy they are. Sometimes your in and out. The next time 4-6 hrs waiting. Always park on the street and walk in to check in. Once checked in they will allow you on to the property as they give you a door to back into. There is parking on the street if you come in early so relax and take a nap till ur appointment.

Disrespectful check in women!!!! No respect for Truck Drivers! One driver got a door, he took the paperwork from her. He didn't say thanks because she was disrespectful, after he stepped out of the shack she said to all other drivers that was in the shack that next time's he comes back he'll wait till the appointment time!! She said that she remembers people!! What is that like a threat? The human resources need to have a word with her about this problem!!! My suggestion don't take loads to this company!!

pour production,discrimination,and lack of repeat for workers.i would recommend people not to apply at they warehouse on 400 food center drive
