The staff at this office is the worst staff i've every dealt with. Had to call to talk to a doctor and i was told by the person that it wasnt a emergency and to wait for my appointment,when i asked to speak to office manager i was greeted with even more attitude. i tried to explain that my test result came back with a bacteria and i was in need of a pescription, i was told that the doctor was to busy to call me back and why am i being so hostile. i said im not a doctor im a police officer and didnt understand what was wrong with me, her response was what dept i told her nypd and she said go figure.I'm going to make official complaint with ama and hospital against the staff i would never recomend anyone going there. This is not the first time a coplaint was made against the office manager and staff. Its about time we as paying customers stand up and be counted. this time me next time it could be you
