Kohl's Valley Stream

Love Kohl's but you can not get any service at this store location- In the store, nor on the phone. I was on hold, tried all the different departments cake not get a live person.

This store has Horrible Uneducated Rude people working there Such as Susan she i a B*t*h and needs to be whipped across her butt. Never ever get rung by her. She has Bad customer service she is Rude no Hi no hello, she has a Mean Ugly grinn on her damn face thinks she is a Big Honcho Boss there. She got the job there because of the Big Huge Tall Loss prevention guy who works there who also is a Meter Money Collector in Valley Stream. Never ever will I get rung by her again. Also other people who there are very rude too. Bad customer service. Kohls shuld hire people who want to work and be around people and ned to be happy and service cusomers with Respect. If you go to khols and see Susan you'll know what I am talking about. and then later u can come back and write an review. I am going to go to corporate office about this women. I have more to say but I will be nice and keep my mouth shut. Thanks for nothing Susan. I hope you read this Review about you. I will you an F for Failed. Also each time i did get rung up by her I do the kohls survey and gave her a negative feedback. Ha Ha !

This store is the absolute worst!! I love Kohls but the service I reached the last 2x I have been there is horrible. There is no one around to help you and when I finally found someone she was so dismissive to the point I had to get a manger. Never again will I step in there ! 0 stars if u ask me

Generally love shopping at Kohl's, but this store is HORRIBLE. Long lines, Dirty fitting rooms, disorganized racks and surly, clueless workers who are more interested in their cell phones than their customers. Drive the extra few minutes to go to a different sore.

This store was horrible! It was very disorganized. There were clothes on the floor, shirts and dresses with deodorent stains and the dressing room was in disarray. I had to wait on line for over 20 minutes because there were not enough cashiers. The cashier that I did get was very nice but management has to do better. It was not a pleasant shopping experience.
