Less of a selection than I'm used to from a Kohls

Do NOT use the in store pickup! Mine was the experience from hell, even worse than the Black Friday shopping. I will never again do an in store pickup again with Kohl's. Among the many ridiculous issues that showed up, here are a couple of highlights. One item was listed as out of stock, I physically went to the rack and brought it to customer service but the cashier didn't care, they couldn't find it, so it is officially out of stock (there were three of them on the rack, by the way). They originally misplaced the remaining items, and when I offered to bring them another set of these items, the cashier said that it would not qualify as an online purchase but would have to be a separate order, as they were not brought by her (but she was not willing to go get another set herself). So if I brought the items, it counts as in store, but if she brought them, it counts as online, even if it is the exact same items from the store. These items were NOT shipped, but actually already in the store. This type of logic is crazy!

No maps, no staff to even ask where things are. Entrance facing train station is sealed off.

I usually shop at the Kohls in Ramsey or on Rt. 23 in Wayne, but I was in Jersey City and had to go through Newport Center Mall to get to Light Rail. Stopped on my way at the Kohls there and it was fantastic! Bright, clean, well stocked and neat dressing rooms.
Most important, Jersey City has lower sales taxes so if you are buying anything besides clothes (kitchen/bath items, jewelry, handbags, etc.) VOILA extra savings!
