Love the store, love the clothes, love the shoes, love the sales and amazing customer service! Called at 8am when they werent even open and Julie was so beyond helpful and went the extra mile for me to check on inventory when it was afterhours/beforehours!!! Great customer service!!

The most NON-ECO friendly store I've ever been to... even WORST customer service.
My first time visiting this store, I decided to buy a pair of sandals... when paying for the item I politely told the cashier not to waste a plastic bag on my item, that I preferred not to create unnecessary waste.
Her response was "YOUR ARE GETTING A BAG ANYWAY" I refused to allow her to do that and she still argued with me to the point were she called the manager!
after a brief exchange of words I had to agree to put my item in my purse along with the receipt before leaving the register.... SERIOUSLY?
- while waiting for my receipt I told the cashier that It was unacceptable to force a PAYING customer to waste a bag against their will... her answer was " well ITS NOT LIKE I MAKE THE RULES so you shouldn't be telling me this"..... rolled her eyes at me and then said " have a nice day"...
needles to say I will NEVER shop at any Khols for the rest of my life.
