High prices- Poor Customer Service
I called with a question about a coupon and no one answered in the Misses Dept. so I was transferred. The woman that answered said she didn't have the coupon in front of her and told me just to read the back and figure it out. Then she said a customer gave her the coupon to read so she reads it out loud to me. I didn't quite understand so I asked in confirmation of it meant that I could use the coupon without any Kohl's cards/credit card etc. She replied with an attitude saying YES and then told me I could have just come in to speak to customer service to ask or again, read the coupon. I laughed at her lack of customer service skills and told her I didn't want to drive all the way to the store, in the rain, for a simple question and that I can read but I wanted to confirm. She then ended the call.

This store could have a lot more variety and nicer employees. I like it because its close but other then that the traffic is bad and it doesn't have a lot of things.

Worst customer service experience ever!!! Called with a simple question and was transferred, where I waited for 25 minutes. I hung up and called again, just to be put on hold for an additional 12 minutes before I got the person covering the MENS DEPT who proceeded to speak to me like I had disturbed her from doing HER JOB! SO I hung up and went to another department store for my needs. TERRIBLE and shame on you for losing one of your MVCs!

The store is totally disorganized (especially the shoe section), the selection is slim and the merchandise is overpriced.
