Terrible customer service. Between my parents and I talking to Freddie Mercado we got three different quotes on a 2012 Volkswagen Jetta. Afterwards I phoned a sales manager and got another completely different price while my parents got a callback quoting yet ANOTHER price on the same car. There was never a straight, consistent answer. When the car was first introduced to us we were told a low price that was never mentioned again. This is not customer service, I´m not sure what this is.

Worst experience ever! Golem and the bold manager are the worst I went there five times and I wasted all that time every time they were telling me a different price! Shame on you! very unprofessional!

Had the best experience here and the easiest thanks to Sherman Hernandez... He understood what I was looking for, gave me the greatest deal made it easy and quick... This guy saved me from another dealer who was giving me the run around about a car and I was wasting my time and not working due to not having a car... Sherman understood the fact I needed a car and I walked out with a car same day... I would so go back there again and recommend this place.. Thanks Sherman for you big help!!!!
