From the second I walked into Koeppel Mazda until the second I walked out, I felt like part of the family. Everyone was so pleasant and respectful. Raul Jiminian was my sales consultant. He is super knowledgeable about all of the vehicles and he did his very best to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was up beat, informative, comical and overall professional. I love my new 2016 Mazda CX5 ! Raul made me feel comfortable, and not pressured. He went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family, who were with me, were taken care of. I was nervous to purchase this vehicle, but Raul helped me make the right decisions. I cannot say enough about Raul and the entire team at Koeppel Mazda. Saiful, the manager was also a huge help. From the moment I stepped into the Koeppel Mazda lot I knew this dealership had its priorities in order. From the placement of each new model to the clean and friendly staff I felt welcome. I was greeted by Raul Jiminian who was very friendly and knowledgeable off the bat. This was refreshing after coming from several other dealerships which seemed to be more about ego then customer service. Raul was patient in showing me several models until we finally took a test drive in the 2016 Mazda 6. I instantly fell in love with the car from the suspension to the transmission, smart display choices and attention to detail both on the interior and exterior. Raul informed me of all the features and different packages available until I picked the one which suited my needs and wants. I bought the car that day. Koeppel Mazda allowed my car buying experience to be exceptional. The manager was very polite and friendly as was all of the staff. This was my first time buying a new car and I brought my father along to help me with the logistics. Raul made us feel as though we were part of the family and I appreciated his attitude and patience. I wanted someone to sell me the car but to also begin a relationship which will last for years down the line. I got all of this and more. Couldn't be a more satisfied customer!
