I'm writing to offer deep praise to the Koch Monument team. My parents passed away within several months of one another and we needed footstones for both graves and the addition of our last name to an existing monument. Mike, Judy Casey, and the other employees at Koch gave us great information and support at each step of the process. The resulting footstones are lovely and dignified, and the added inscription on the monument looks great. In a time of mourning when so much needs to be accomplished, it was wonderful to find a company that delivered exactly what they promised in a timely fashion. Our highest regards, and our thanks!
