Pretty good Japanese fast food. Good quality and price. Not the kind of restaurant I frequent, but I was in the mood for a quick soup or sushi after a long plane trip and train ride to Penn station. I ordered the udon soup and it really hit the spot.

Easy Asian/fusion fast food. I had a chicken teriyaki burger which turned out to be highly processed meat, not chicken breast or anything like it. Tasty fries though.

The woman taking my order (Jasmine) was texting while she took my order and of course, it was incorrect. I called the restaurant, and she remembered me because she was texting and was aware of not being able to listen to my order. She refunded the money, apologized, and offered a free dinner when I come in the next time. While she did the right thing, no one can text and do anything else that requires the slightest bit of concentration. So, Jasmine, remember what it was like before you had a phone? Well, when you're at work, driving, taking care of children, you do not have a phone. Your eyes and ears need to be on what's important.

There was a hostess, Jasmine, and despite it being right on the cusp of closing time, she was the sweetest woman I've ever met in customer service. She was patient, despite our slow tendencies (my sister and I were visiting from ATL so it's much faster living than we're used to). She was kind, funny, and overall just made it the best experience possible. Thank you, Jasmine. 5/5!
