People are great. Location is very good. Apts are solidly built. Its a nice place to live, but with some inconveniences and drawbacks.
Downsides are: no A/C, need to supply your own, basic kitchens, no dishwasher, microwave. Power supply and number of outlets are wholly inadequate, I needed to pay the maintenance staff to upgrade so I could run my TV and computer, not to mention the A/C at the same time. Buses run close by, so depending on your apt location, it can be noisy. Construction is pretty solid. Garages are extra cost, and vary in size from small to pretty large.
