. have had a Knightwatch Security System in my home for over 18 years and I have always felt secure knowing it performs as expected. I periodically test the system with the central monitoring station and occasionally set off the alarm by accident (me forgetting it was activated) and I am very pleased to say I have never been disappointed.....it has always worked and the central station has always phoned in within seconds. ....it has always worked and the central station has always phoned in within seconds.
Customer service is great too, whenever I have phoned to ask a question I have not been disappointed with the level of concern and attention I received.
I can only say my experience has been exactly what I expect, reliable performance, and attentive service. If I ever move I will surely have another Knightwatch system installed.
