This is the most awful place ever. The floors were so dirty that there was candy stuck to the carpet, candy wrappers in every corner. The towels in my room were used and filthy. The shampoo and conditioner were used. I requested a non smoking King room, I got a smoking, queen room with cigarette burns all over the comforter. All of the furniture was disheveled; I wish I could include pictures to show you how awful it was.

Couldn't sleep. Was itching all over. Woke up and saw bed bugs. Never again !!

Pretty good place a lot better than oak grand room was clean people at the front desk were nice would definitely stay here again

This place dont get no ratings not clean dirty trash on steps needles on steps drugs user hanging around drug dealers aviod this place rooms nasty dirty bedbugs had shooting in place year ago charge high prices for poor service sheets not clean dirty comforters
