Good food, atrocious service
45 minute turnaround time for a Memo Burger & Shishito Peppers. I ordered ahead for pickup and when I showed up 20 minutes later, I was told the fryer was down; so I substituted french fries for the peppers. That took another 25 minutes. I could've taken it home ate it in that time.
This is the second time I ordered from here and the second time I had to wait longer than needed at the restaurant for my food. The first time, it took an extra 10 minutes. Why even bother calling ahead?
