I wish there was a way to give this place zero stars. I paid for same day dry cleaning service as I was travelling the next day and they did not deliver the dry cleaning on the same day! When I returned from my trip and confronted them about it, they lied to me and said that it had been delivered the same day. This was a complete lie. I will not be going back there and I can see that I am not the only one who has experienced these people blatantly lying to customers.

LOVED this place for over 13 years. New ownership must instruct workers to blame customer if there are any errors made which is not the best business plan in a recession or otherwise... We all make mistakes and as a business owner myself, I think it is best to own up to it, apologize and be grateful for continued business. Two mistakes in a couple of years is pretty good but being blamed for them and being accused of lying was more than I could take. There are plenty of dry cleaners in the neighborhood and I will be patronizing those from now on.

I brought in a handmade purse and asked for it to be dry cleaned. They charged me for dry cleaning and washed the purse and ruined it. When I confronted them they lied to my face and refused to give me money back. At this point I am not concerned with the money but the fact that the purse is irreplaceable. Nonetheless I brought it to another dry cleaner to verify the damage they caused and sure enough they washed it NOT dry cleaned it. I went back to them and they were extremely rude and finally gave my money back. This was a horrible experience and I would recommend NOT going here.
