Dealing with Knee Walker Central has been a nightmare. It is easy enough to order the device, and they are quick to confirm the order and ship the device. However, the quality of the knee walker that I received was poor - a front wheel locked on the first use, and it was unusable after that. Customer service was rude when I called to return the device, and made me pay for return shipping of their defective equipment. Then, they failed to confirm return delivery, and continued billing me for two months, despite confirmation from FedEx that the knee walker was delivered. It is difficult to argue with their rude customer service representatives while you are also dealing with a leg injury. I very much recommend avoiding this company, and finding a more helpful, local supplier.
