Blitz Krav Maga in Long Beach is an excellent place to learn Krav Maga in a friendly and safe environment. The self defense training is hands on and you will learn something useful your first class there. There are no "katas" or forms to learn first as in many traditional martial arts schools, just plain, simple and effective ways to defend yourself. The facility is clean and the instructors are excellent with no egos. This is not MMA or sports fighting. It is based on self defense and survival for the streets. Great for anyone, men, women, and children. Just learning the basics can save your life.
