Kmart

I personally never had a problem with this store. Very close to home and ive always found everything I need. I get in and out at a reasonable time without any complications or problems. I actually had to return an item after the 30 days and being I had bought a replacement plan it was done online and quick. I actually received my Ecard in less than 10 days during the whole process of returning through UPS. I will definitely keep going to that specific store.

The last time I was there the cashier did not communicate effectively. First she mumbled if I wanted some kind of customer rewards card. I can't fit any more cards in my wallet and am not about to start carrying a purse. Then she mumbled if I wanted an extended warranty. I didn't think that was necessary for a $13.99 coffee maker. Then she mumbled if I wanted to make a donation to some charity. I gave at the office. Maybe that is why it takes so long at check out. I just want to buy my stuff then leave in a timely manner. They should sell more food now that the PathMark in the same shopping center has closed. But maybe they could clean up a little first because their canned foods had a lot of dust.

I waited over 20 minutes for assistance, after an employee was paged over the loud speaker. No one showed. The employees at this location really don't want to sell their merchandise.

If you dont believe any of these reviews atleast call them and see for yourself. They are so rude on the phone. I barely got an introduction. When they picked up the phone they said "kmart" I have several complaints about that phone call... let me just say. Dont bother with them.. gGo somewhere else
