Rude staff!! Had a cop following me all over the store.

Lines always seem long even when there are only 5 customers. Also, the cash registers are the oldest of any store I've seen. And they print out sooo many receipts and coupons it's ridiculous!

Go there all the time. Good store. Nice people at the register. Also it's local so it's easy transport

This Kmart was great for awhile I went here a good amount of times but the more I went the cashiers showed how stupid they are with the mistakes they would do. Example - a few days ago I went to pick up some items.. I get to the register she scans everything I then swipe my card transaction was complete and all. I click to get a e-receipt and nothing is happening so the cashier turns to me and says "you have to choose how you want your receipt" I then told her I been clicked what I wanted she checks the receipt printer and nothing so the supervisor comes over to try and give me my receipt and still nothing.. So she says "the only way you going to get your receipt is if she rings up all the items again" I then sigh and say alright I paid already though the supervisor tells me "its fine she will cancel the transaction and you wont be charged for the first time... to end this story it still didn't work so I ended up with no items after 25mins of back and forth and guess what I checked my bank and the transaction was never canceled and I was charged the full amount for the items I couldn't take because "you have to have a receipt I cannot just let you leave" this Kmart needs a smarter working staff and new technology with those old ass computers of course all the orders will get screwed up.

Very disappointed, I purchased a Lawn mower back in May/2014 and purchase the one year insurance in case it broke down which it did, I call the store before taken the Mower to the store what I have to do to get a refund or a exchange after all I need to cut my lawn, however I only use it five time after that it been in my garage until this month I want to use it and it wont turn on. anyway I call the store they told me to call the 1888 number were the insurance takes place okay so I did. well they ask me a few questions and told me told me that I have two options, one their give me 14000 points, for my next purchase or send me a Kmart gift card if I send them back, the start off cord which I have to cut off and the four wheels, wow kind of company is this, I give you cash I want cash not points or gift cards. this crazy I spend almost 1/2 on the phone with this person This straight ripper off the customer. I am making a complaint about this is not about the money is about the principle of the situation all I want is a lawn mower horrible horrible I even thinking of calling SHAME ON YOU CHANNEL 5 I GAVE YOU CASH I WANT CASH I DO NOT WANT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM KMART EVER AGAIN. AND i WILL TELL MY KIDS THE SAME we been a customer for over 20 years with four children and grand kids that leave with in the town of Belleville SHAME ON YOU.
