Kling Dermatology, Dr. Alan Kling, MD

Dr. Kling has been my family's dermatologist for over 30 years. He has treated us for the range of dermatological problems; from very serious to cosmetic. I live uptown and work downtown; therefore, it is a great convenience that he has locations on both the upper Eastside and in Park Slope, Brooklyn. We have always been thoroughly satisfied with Dr. Kling's treatment and advice. We refer all of our friends to Dr. Kling for their dermatological issues. He has a large family practice and is particularly considerate and thoughtful when examining and treating children. Although he has a busy practice, and for good reason, there is rarely an undue wait time to see him. His office is filled with current magazines as well as a television and free samples of various shampoos, face creams, etc. so, if you do have to wait, there is enough to keep you occupied. His staff is delightful as well as helpful and well informed. A thoroughly professional medical practice.

I booked a appointment here because it was closer to my job on that date and the service was just as I expected. Cool calm and courteous. Highly recommended. Dr Allen kling and his staff were amazing. Iv always gone to his Manhattan office.

Dr. Kling has been my dermatologist for over twelve years. His medical knowledge is superb and he has always been able to successfully diagnose and address all of my concerns. He spends time with me not only to treat me but to also inquire about how I am doing and it's nice to know that he cares about my overall wellbeing. The office staff is friendly and efficient and I am seen in a timely manner.

For the first time in over 10 yrs, I'm not at the mercy of cystic acne flare-ups. Anyone with cystic acne knows the significance of my first sentence.

As an additional note: he, and the NP Lanelle (hope I spelled it right), really take the time to explain what's going on, why the current situation is, and what the treatment plan they prescribe aims to accomplish. Though technically not necessary for my treatment, it is so very much appreciated.

I visited Dr. Kling for a check up and to address some questions I had. The experience was first rate from start to finish. I was greeted and seen by Dr. Kling within ten minutes of arriving at the office. His check up was thorough and he answered all of my questions in a detailed and very respectful manner. His office staff was also very courteous and pleasant.
