Kleinman Robert CPA

I called this CPA to happily pay them to help me with discerning a form I received from the IRS. The first receptionist I spoke with asked if they had prepared my taxes. After I responded no, she said that they could not help me. I questioned that and she put me through to another woman. I repeated my situation to this woman and the first thing she asked was, "How did you get this number?" !! (Answer: I googled "CPA Brooklyn"). At that point I let them know that I did not need their assistance. Really unbelievable they would treat a potential client this way! I obviously cannot speak to the disposition of Mr. Kleinman himself, but the staff... whew...
