DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST.
Every time a order is placed with them, there is some complication, problem, issue, which requires a cancellation of your original order.
This happened to me when I tried to send a Christmas floral arrangement.
The most recent issue, when I placed an order for delivery in another state, had to do with the fact that, according to them, there would be an additional delivery charge for out of state which was not reflected in the on-line confirmation of the order.
Without notification, they cancelled the order. Then they left a voice mail message stating that they cancelled the order and left a phone number for a florist in the area of the requested delivery.
Their manager, Patty, could not seem to comprehend the fact that their website prices SHOULD accurately reflect the actual charges, since the first piece of information one needs to enter is the zip code of the delivery location.
When she did not want to hear my complaint, she simply hung up the phone.
I gave them a second chance, after the Christmas complications, but now they are done. I will never use them again. My best advice is that you deal directly with Teleflora for out of state orders. For Staten Island orders, use ANY OTHER FLORIST. DO NOT USE KITTY’S A FAMILY FLORIST. You will certainly have aggravation, cancellations, or drama with them.

I was order from them for about a week. one order each day and everything was going great and then BANG. One order hit my credit card 3 times in one day on a card I did not give them for that order and for a amount more then the online order said. I called them and email them a number of times and the firm stated we did not take any money from your credit card but my bank is showing the transactions. So nothing could be done...terrible customer service. still trying to get my money back from them or the bank..

I was excited that they could deliver flowers ordered over the internet on the same day...or so they claimed. I had a bad experience in which they could not tell me why my flowers weren't delivered until the next day! That's about the worst thing you could do in the flower delivery business, no?
I mean, it could have been that the recipient wasn't home (they weren't sure) but I would think that by leaving my cell phone number on the order they would have contacted me had that been the case.
And to top it all off, calling on Sunday I'm unable to speak to the manager until TUESDAY. So nothing could be done...terrible customer service.
