Do Not Do Business with this Company!
I ordered a display case, they charged my credit card, I then waited a week longer than promises (4 weeks). When I called they said they were looking for cheaper freight. The manager then told me that they messed up and it cost too much to ship to me, so they canceled my order. The only way they would ship it to me is if I sent them a check. I cannot believe that they run a business like this. I now have to wait another 4 weeks to open my business because of them. They messed up, so take the loss and honor your word. This is no joke, take your money somewhere else, this company will lie to you and try to hassle you for more money.

His response is false. I was told that my cases would ship on Tuesday and would be at my store on Monday, I called on Monday to see what time to expect them and was told that they were still looking for cheaper freight (why did you lie and say they were shipped?) He said that he could not afford to lose money on my order, I told him that his poor management was not my fault, he needed to honor the price we had agreed to, and money he had for over a month already. He told me that he was afraid I would dispute my credit card payment, so the only way he would ship them is if I sent him a check. Would you do business with a company that told you this? I am attempting to save someone else the agony and expense this has caused. Let Steve answer why he didn't just ship out the cases at the price we agreed on, why did he want a check. Everyone deserves the truth, which is Do Not Do Business with this company.

Ordered some equipment for my new pizza joint and these guys went over the top to help me get the best equipment for the right price. Shipping was fast and on time as described. Will definitely be coming back for more pieces when we get up and running more.

Bought a big commercial Leader fridge/freezer and was given a 1 year warranty. Beautiful products, but company is not easy to work with.
1. Company did not schedule delivery, just showed up, and of course we were not there. Got shipment a week later, and by chance was in office.
2. Freezer compressor didn't work, kept running hard, and not getting to temps we needed to actually keep food frozen. Company suggested local company do work and submit for payment. Local guy said rusty parts and fans don't work like they should. Kitchen very argumentative and said due to humidity. We live in Wisconsin and Freezer is in temp controlled office. Umm...hmm.
3. Company not honoring repair fees as stated and we have resorted to paying out of pocket to get this beast up and running. Not cool Kitchenall, (no pun intended).
Fridge is working as it should, but expect little cheapo fans to have issues soon. Will be checking into return/exchange.

A quick and easy transaction! I called them to inquire about product details; I spoke with a knowledgeable rep who answered all my questions. I then placed my order online and it shipped in the estimated time as stated. When my order shipped I received my tracking number and I then knew when my order would be delivered! Great experience- quick turnaround for something being delivered via freight shipping. Would recommend.
