TERRIBLE. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. The quality of the work is the only thing worse than the customer service. They are constantly late for appointments or just don't show (without even calling). They cut our countertops to the wrong size then claimed they looked fine. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE

We have had such a horrible experience with KDC. When our kitchen was designed, measurements were taken incorrectly by our designer at KDC. This resulted in our refrigerator not fitting into the kitchen correctly. In the month following the installation of the cabinets, many small repairs needed to be made. Now one year later, our pantry door has fallen off, we have drawers that are off track and not working correctly, and one drawer that is stuck completely open. KDC could have redeemed themselves by sending someone to fix this, but they did not. To make it even worse, we were told three days in a row that someone would show up and nobody ever did. We did not even receive a phone call to let us know that they weren't coming. We have had a lot of work done in our home and understand that things do not always go exactly as planned. However, nothing can compare to the nightmare we have been through with this very poorly operated business. I can't complain enough about this place!
