This company is as bad as everyone says. I ordered an expensive toilet from them on 11/23/15. They put that charge through to my Visa on 11/25/15.
On 11/26 I received an email indicating that the shipment of the toilet would be delayed much longer than originally quoted.
On 11/27 I cancelled the order due to the long shipping time. That day they indicated I would receive a credit within 7-14 business days.
Today, 1/16/16 I have still not received the credit.
I would highly suggest avoiding this merchant at all costs.

Absolute terrible service. We placed the order on line, and was told it wouldn't be ship for 7-10 business days. It was a large order as well, over $5,000 worth of bathroom fixtures. After a month and a half with no word at all, I called up to find out where my stuff was. Amazingly, they were just getting it in the next day and would be ready to ship out the day after. Seems like an odd coincidence that as soon as I call and inquire they suddenly have all the stuff ready to ship.
So I schedule the delivery for a few days later when someone will be home to accept delivery. These are all small boxes with faucets and shower heads, etc. KBAuthority is aware the order is shipping to a residence, not a business. The truck pulls up with a wrapped pallet and asks my sister in law, who was accepting the delivery, where the pallet jack is. Why would we have a pallet jack? Had to fight with the driver to get him to unload the items by hand. (About 14 small boxes).
Then find out that one item is wrong. Send pictures of the item, get a return authorized for exchange and send it back. 3 weeks later no word from them on where the replacement is. I call customer service, explain what I need, and get hung up on. Call back and get the rudest person I've ever dealt with. They give me this whole run around on why my item hasn't shipped yet. They've literally had my item for 3 weeks and did nothing til I called. Now they tell me they won't be able to ship out the replacement for another month. That means, if the item arrives when promised, which I doubt, this simple exchange will have taken 2 1/2 months.
KBAuthority does have cheap prices. But please be aware, you will pay in other ways. They are so rude and frustrating to deal with. I have very little confidence my order will ever be completed. I've called with questions and been hung up on more than once. They offer no assistance and seems like their strategy is to just frustrate you to the point of just giving up.
I am a contractor, and can guarantee I will NEVER use them again, nor will I ever refer them to any of my clients who always ask me for recommendations on where to purchase their kitchen and bath fixtures.

I agree with the previous negative reviewers. I WISH that I had read before I purchased with these people. UGH! What a headache! AVOID...do not get sucked in by lower prices. I'm sick about it. I'll never use this company again.

KB Authority is by far the worst online retailer I've ever dealt with! Its customer service and shipping dept. are incompetent and deceptive. Its CS hours are short and closed on weekends and holidays, including non-national holidays; so, I had difficulties reaching them from CA.
I ordered a shower system and few other products. Apparently, warehouse shipped a wrong product and recalled the whole shipment but failed to notify me or re-processed to ship correct products for close to 2 weeks (until I called to inquire).
When I finally got a hold of CS, my request for overnight delivery was refused. After being refused for wanting to talk to the supervisor, I chose to pay for the overnight delivery charge, just to get my items and not having to deal with KBA anymore. When I asked about receiving the package on Sat (the next day), I was told "overnight is overnight" and that I should receive on Sat. However, when I called to confirm whether the package had indeed been shipped, I was told the delivery day would be the following Monday!
KBA CS had a convenient excuse for every question and request I made. Stay away from this vendor. A few $ savings is NOT worth the agony and poor service! I just hope that the products will have no problems and that I won't ever have to deal with them.
UPDATE 9/29: The overnight delivery was NOT made on Monday because items came out of the shipping box and got lost in transit! Was it poorly packaged intentionally?! Who knows.... I can no longer have my contractor wait and wait for items to be located and shipped. Reported to my credit card company for dispute.

I ordered some bathroom fixtures on July 1 due to the great prices on the website. My credit card was immediately charged. On July 2, I received an email stating my products were backordered. I contacted customer service because I needed my rough-in valves but could wait for the rest of my order. After 10+ calls and countless lies, I finally received a tracking number for the partial order. I was done with this company, so I called back to cancel the rest of my order. Then I called back the next day and then the next day and they say it has shipped and I cannot cancel the order. I have had to ask them to listen to the recorded calls on more than one occasion because they will lie about what they said on the call. So I called back and talked with George who states he will call me back in 15 minutes, after waiting 15 minutes I called back. They put me on hold, then transferred me to his voicemail. Immediately I receive an email stating they will return the items to the manufacturer for a 25% stocking fee. I should NOT have to pay this just because they did not process my cancellation in time.
If you want a HUGE hassle, then order from this company!!!! This company has ZERO integrity.
