SCAMMER!!! They Charge your card more than once and then refuse to refund it. Reported to CC and BBB and will report to NJ consumer FRAUD. DO NOT USE. GO with UBER WAY BETTER AND HONESTER!!!

I trusted this company and now I regret it - BIG TIME One of the most unprofessional and dishonest companies I have ever dealt with in all of my life. Not only was I lied to, they are brazen and disrespectful.

In calling the company to resolve the matter, they told me I would receive the $2125 and not to go through the credit card dispute process. I kept calling and was told it would be resolved within a few days. Finally, after many calls of being put on hold, my patience wore thin. I was then hung up on me multiple times. Their dispatcher kept calling me 'hun' and 'baby. They have stolen $2125 and told me to take them to court adding that I will never see my money.

I should have known better in reading their other reviews but I gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I have been waiting for a refund since May. It is now October. They dared me to go to court to re-coup funds that are rightly owed. Now I will.

Be smart and stay far, far away from Kismet Limo.

Not worth driving with them. Too many hassles and very bad service. Dont trust this company.

Driver was prompt and courteous. Chatted on the way to LGA (45 minute drive) and noticed that even though Sean (Shanur) was talking with me, that his attention was on the road making safety #1 priority. Would use them again!
