I wish I could say something positive about this place because its location is convenient for me ... but stay far, far away! The older man behind the counter seems to have no concept of customer service and is extremely rude when his day is interrupted to actually ship something -- which he shouldn't be, because they don't look particularly busy.
My first time in the store, I asked how much it would cost to ship a particular item and his response was: "It doesn't matter, you've got money, right?" I thought he might have been joking but he still refused to give a price until the end.
The second (and last!) time I ever went in, he took one look at the fragile item I wanted to ship via UPS and refused it, then turned away. When I asked why, he said, "It'll never get there, no chance, the way they ship things."
Well, I went to the UPS Store and not only were they willing to take it, but it did indeed reach its final destination intact. Never again at this horrible place.
