Kingsbridge Heights Community Center provides high quality programming in a wide variety of areas: early childhood, after school, teen center, respite for kids with special needs, ESOL for adults, free services for survivors of sexual abuse and much more! I work closely with the staff who provided these services, they are dedicated, caring, professional and passionate about the work they do!

Luz Pena Director of early child care is so under trained, inadequate and unprofessional. They keep sloppy records and then expect the parent to clean up after their mess. She has constantly given me wrong information and miss not days but weeks of work and denied my son child care because she makes up the rules as she goes along. They will not give you correct information, my child has Autism and I had to find out on my own from research that he was to be given an extension which Luz was not happy about. I hope they fire her and get someone more qualified for the position.

This place is an amazing, nurturing and supportive environment for tweens and teens. The staff are great and have changed the lives of so many kids. They offer supportive counseling, internship programs, leadership opportunities, sports, dinner, field trips, homework help, college assistance- you name it. KHCC is a second home and family to its participants. You can feel the love that exists at KHCC!

I have four (4) children, ages 17-24 and for several years our family benefited from Kingsbridge Heights Community Center. I am very grateful that I discovered this Center and appreciate the support and encouragement I have received for 13 years. It is critical that children and Teens receive the kind of support and programs that they offer.Through the assistance of KHCC we were able to meet the unique needs of our children, taking advantage of a combination of programs, workshop, and the incredible support of Sadie Mahoney. Words can not describe the appreciation I have for Sadie and the Youth Dept. KHCC is a big part of my family!!

Very condescending staff Inappropriate teachings to children and counselors unprofessional Sady Mohoney rude condesending and inappropriate unprofessional and unhealthy enviornment for children counslors having inappropriate relations to children that attend that program!!!!
