This place is awesome. First of all: the interior is GORGEOUS. The pictures don't do it justice. It's not just the immaculate detailing (everywhere) or the shiny new paint job, but also the feeling of massiveness from the super high ceilings and lack of mezzanine overhang.
But beyond the beauty, this place *functions* better than most theatres I've been to. The sightlines, even from the farthest side seats, are great! The seats are comfy! With cupholders! There's little wait for a drink because there are, like, six bars in the lobby!
Oh, and they book sweet acts too, but you knew that.

This is an astoundingly beautiful concert hall. Ornate details abound in this mid-sized space. There were no sound issues and the seats are comfortable. The security and staff are friendly and helpful.
As mentioned in other reviews, the doors don't open on time and a long line forms before the show starts. I attended an event with assigned seating, so I just had a drink at a lounge around the corner instead of waiting outside the theater and was still seated prior to the start of the show.
A great experience, even from the balcony!

This is really a spectacular theatre. You don't see architecture like this anymore and I was in awe. I saw Of Monsters and Men here and while I didn't have the greatest seats it seems like anywhere on the lower lever provides a great view and as the theatre isn't huge you feel decently close. Sound was also a high point, the music was loud and clear. It seems like they planned out the renovation well as I didn't see long lines anywhere and had no issues grabbing a beer. Drink and food prices are on the high side, $10 for a 16oz beer isn't horrible but I hear something like $8 for a small bag of pop corn. After the show was over getting out wasn't a problem like it is at some venues and while it isn't the closest to the subways it's not terrible to get to.

Saw bjork here. What a place. Also has lunch there (3 p.m. Sunday show. What a treat to see a matinee.) Had great jerk chicken at Jamaican place around the corner.
