Great food cheap price

its not the same service it used to be when it first open. i can see why they used to open till late at night and now 9pm and the place is empty.poor management maybe?

Jook (rice congee) and clay pot rice. The staples of Hong Kong cuisine. This place used to do a good job with both but the quality has consistently gone down hill. the boneless spare ribs over rice or char sieu fan is what to get. Rice noodle or churn fun is average. Not really worth ordering. Get the roast pig or chicken over rice. Cheap eats for Brooklyn's china town

Terrible service.. gets the order wrong and blames it on the customer.. I suggest everyone go to a different store; will get a much better service and quicker as well.

My friend and I got there an hour before closing. We sat in the front as there were no other seats. People walked in and cold air was blowing in. My friend ordered an eel rice within 2 minutes they said they don't have and the boss rushed the waiter to tell us to quickly order in Chinese. So we ordered a simple veggie and rice casserole.

As we waited and felt cold, we told him to raise the heat which he reluctantly did but once he did it, the place warmed up though he kept insisting that it was the seat which caused the problem.

The order came and within eating halfway through the veggies there was a hair spotted. We brought it to his attention. At first he accused us of planting the hair then he comes back saying he can only exchange it for a take out dish. We ask for a refund but he says he's not the boss and can't do it so we tell him to call he which he says it's difficult to do. We tell him he has an obligation to ensure proper hygiene and sanitary welfare of the customer in which time he reluctantly tales the order off our bill.

Terrible handling and I won't be back.
