There are two service advisers there.
One of them John who is nice and helpful the other Ron very disrespectful treating you like nothing.
Better off don't take your chances for your money spent there. It is really not worth it.
You car will not be fixed well when you Ron takes care of you no matter what you spent and you will be yelled when you ask why.

I'll make it short and simple. I came to this dealership because it's close to me. Car got serviced here 2 times and both times I was lied to about the issues my car had, mind you this is a 2014 Q50, brand new car. The reason I'm writing this review is because after my car got serviced, my car manual and first aid lot went missing. Another time they ordered some rubber peace for my car claiming that someone tried to break in to my car and damaged it. I went to a private shop and was told that's a lie. DONT GO HERE! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOW MY FACE AT THIS PLACE. I will also call corporate infiniti and see what actions I can take.

I was hesitant to bring my car in for a warranty issue after reading all the reviews. I took the lazy route and decided to bring it there only bc it was the closest one near me. That was the biggest mistake I ever made. Not only did they not warranty the damaged part but they also did not tell me there was a diagnostic service fee just for them putting the car on the lift and doing no work. I should've taken all the advice here and never went to KINGS STEALERSHIP. The russian lady that works in the service dept is also a deceiving liar because she was the one that purposely did not tell me there was going to be a diagnostic charge just for putting your car on a lift. They definately have the shadiest practices in any dealership I've been to. I told the service manager everyone on the forum and online that this dealership had bad practices and all he said was misery needs company. Way to go.
