Kings Highway Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

I never write reviews, but today my experience at the Kings Highway Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery center was so outstanding I couldn’t possibly let it go without recognition. I found this office through a quick search on the internet, as I was having great difficulty finding a doctor to perform a Frenectomy on my eight-month old daughter. To my dismay, almost every office I had contacted except for this one seemed to have zero knowledge of this procedure. Thankfully, this office did and their friendly staff was able to connect me with one of the doctors, who was able to confirm the cost and book an appointment.

The week prior to the appointment, the same friendly doctor named Oluremi Ogunsanya DDS (Remi for short) who I spoke to the day I booked my daughters appointment called me to explain the procedure and put me at ease. I truly appreciated this call, as I had not expected a busy doctor to take time out of his day to actually care about a patient not standing in front of him.

The day of the procedure from the second I walked through the front door, I was greeted and felt welcomed by their professional and congenial office staff. Doctor Remi was also the one who performed the operation on my daughter. As for Doctor Remi It is very difficult to explain in detail the extraordinary presence he emits and his ability to set two extremely nervous parent to ease. Once again, before the procedure he explained what he would be doing and what to expect, as to have no surprises. Literally, the procedure took him less than five minutes from start to finish, and for the grand finale my daughter smiled and laughed at her favorite game of spaceship, as if nothing had ever happened.

Surprisingly enough, my experience has yet to stop there. Since later that night around nine, I received another follow-up call from Doctor Remi, as to see how my daughter was feeling after the procedure. The service received from Doctor Remi and his office staff is nothing short of five stars and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Doctor Remi!

This facility lives up to its ratings. I had extreme tooth pain from a wisdom tooth and was able to be fit in for an extraction the same day I called. Everyone in the office from the receptionist when I called, to the technician and the surgeon were warm, pleasant and courteous. Would highly recommend this place to anyone needing these type of services.
