I have to give nothing but a Five Star to Elaine who is a Service Advisor. No one likes spending money but I have to say that Elaine was kind, helpful, courteous and professional. She took the time and apprised me each step of the way. She made me feel like I was part of the family topped with Tia the cashier who also made me feel like I was part of the family.
Now if everyone else working at the location would smile more, this would be an awesome place to purchase and service your vehicle. :)

Terible ownership. This monoploys of car dealerships really needs govt intervention.worst place to buy, lease, and get repairs. Took y car there for a new brake light, they put the wrong one in and blamed me for them having to break my car to put it in. I just bought my car there a few months ago so it was under full warrenty, they told me to pay for the part and services b/c they won't honor the contract b/c they don't have to.

Recommend. Got amazing deal, they bit every dealership in Brooklyn-Queens area. Loved my new JEEP with all possible options.

I would give this place 0 stars if it were an option. I guess my fiance and I should have looked at the reviews on here before we purchased his 2014 Dodge Charger. After being in an accident and having to pay for a rental car out of pocket for a week he was in a rush purchase his car and COMPLETELY overlooking the fact that they charged him almost 5k over the KBB Value, this is by far the worst service I have EVER received after purchasing a vehicle. The aftermath was and IS STILL horrific. The salesman never insisted that he test drive the vehicle and after he took the car off the lot noticed that there was an issue with the brakes. After almost 2 weeks of calling and bringing the car in and BEGGING someone to look at it, he pleaded with the mechanic to drive his car. That was when they realized that there was an issue with the rotors, so instead of replacing it they cut something as a cheap fix. Which we would have absolutely been okay with had it actually fixed the problem. After still having issues with the car braking he went back, and back again, and back some more for them to tell him that they couldn't do anything else for him. We have been dealing with a car that does not drive properly since July, and after everything ALL we want is the car fixed. I don't' think that is too much to ask.
So now that we have had enough calling and visiting the dealership, I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and writing a poor review wherever I can in hopes that they will do SOMETHING to make up for the lack of concern of them selling a vehicle with a potentially dangerous problem.

Five stars in my book!
A straight-shooter, yet compassionate and patient to the hilt. I leased my Jeep from Jose Rivera at a very difficult, emotionally-charged time in my life, and there are no words to express my gratitude for the abundance of kindness and understanding shown to me by Jose, Sales Manager Everton McCloud, and Finance Manager Michael Bel Castro. All three stepped in, took me under their wings and worked as a team to get me the car and deal I needed. It says a lot about the respect they hold not only for their clients, but also for each other. And, let me not forget Al Valoroso and Amanda Ryan! More than two months have passed since leasing my Jeep and I can honestly say that I still feel a kinship; incredibly heart-warming. Let me add, that this is not my first car. I have previously financed and leased vehicles in three states -North Carolina, Florida and New York. These three men renewed my faith in the human spirit, and gave me new faith in the world of Sales. Rare, I know, but there you have it and here they are. I have, and will continue, to recommend Jose and Kings Chrysler to anyone in the market for a new car.
