Have purchased wine here many times and have not had a problem until recently. We bought a $10 bottle of Smoking Loon Pinot Noir, and upon opening it, discovered that it had spoiled - weird smell, thin body, and weird, metal aftertaste. We immediately brought it back for an equal exchange, which the cashier repeatedly refused to grant, instead offering a measly 10% off another bottle. The guy didn't even apologize or seem to care that longtime customers were upset and just wanted another bottle of the same wine, unspoiled. We left and went to Long's on 80th and 5th, where they actually know what customer service is.
