Stay away from this real estate agency and all their buildings. I have stayed in 2 of their buildings and they are all slums; they smell like sewage; repairs take up to 6 months; they are poorly maintained. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I moved in few weeks ago. I have never had such a pleasant experience renting an apartment. Robert Madrid mgr in Brooklyn leasing office did a miracle. Who can recall closing a deal in less than 3 hrs, I looked at three apts, liked one; provided Robert with recent copies of paychecks, photo ID, utility bill, fee, deposit (very few papers). Before signing lease with Kings and Queens had another offer in coop building, Gosh, twenty nonce ref. letters, proof of work,... all made it just unbearable to deal even with .
Robert is very tactful, highly professional and very pleasant, anyone who will work with Robert will only benefit from it. You will have no surprises, everything will be MENTIONED upfront and all your concerns would be covered.
One thing I would say mgt need to work on is renting garage space. I am using company's car, which is not under my name, so I cannot rent garage space because Kings and Queens policy is to have the same name on apt lease and car insurance and registration.
Otherwise it is very well kept building, nice staff , I am very pleased.
Thanks to Robert, who made this possible in few hrs.

Lived in the Pasadena right nearby this office. Awful terrible horrible. Freezing in winter , the apartment had mold and a broken ceiling after two weeks of living there, it took reporting them to HPD to fix after six months. Fridge broke (so called new fridge by the way) , took one month and a lot of screaming to fix. No maintenance and they couldn't care less about any complaints you may have. But boy do they charge top dollar for all this heartache. Mark Pollak is the building 'representative'. What he represents is every fast talking crook that chase hard working people away. Avoid this nightmare, ladies and gentlemen. Edit : Jack Berkovich, as of now, is the building representative. There is no improvement to quality of living here. But the mailboxes have mold inside of them since November, so that's an exciting new development.

I live in the Bucknell in Flushing and it is the worst place i ever lived. The apartment not very well maintained. Unable to get repairs done in a timely matter. When repairs are done they are done incorrectly. Worst super in the world. Forget about receiving packages they are stolen if left in front of your door. You are never able to get anyone on the phone regarding repairs.
