I would've give 0 star if I could. The restaurant service was one of the worst I ever had. They made me wait not only more than one hour, but the service and their attitude was one of the most rude, dirty and irresponsible. They had to begin to make the dish after 35 minutes that I placed the order because they forgot my order. They didn't explain or apologize, but I just found out when I asked how long I had to wait more. On top of that it was the worst that they gave me a bowl that's not washed enough, when I asked an extra empty bowl to share the food with my family. The bowl still had some residue stuck inside.

- Terrible #64308
The service of cafeteria (restaurant) is horrible. I ordered very simple food, named fried dumping, gunmandu in Korean, but it came 35 min after ordering. I'm not talking about just the waiting time but the service as well. During the waiting time, I came to the lady with short haircut who received my order, and asked her when my food would be come. She asked me "How long have you been waiting for?" and I answered that "It have past 25 min after order". She replied very rude and cynically, "You should wait at least 45 min and do not ask me if you did not wait for 45 min". She didn't mention about waiting time when I ordered. If I had heard that it will take 45 min I never ordered it because I'm not stupid. It was terrible service during my whole life. I wasted not only my admission fee ($45) but also my precious holiday due to very rude staff. Also the food was not deserve to waiting for 45 minute.

My friend and I rode our bikes from Manhattan across the GW Bridge to NJ to find this place. At first, we just wanted to make it a nice early Spring bike riding day, but we were so exhausted from the hills that we figured it wouldn't hurt to check it out.
King Spa is a korean style spa with a regular-sized bath house area and a huge 2-story sauna common area. I've had a lot of experience with onsens in Japan, so I am obviously spoiled by the natural springs and ammenities included in the bath house section. The men's bath house follows the traditional full nudity with the mandatory shower before entering the baths. They have one dry sauna, one steam bath, one normal bath water tub, one extremely cold tub, one extremely hot tub, and one regular cold water tub. These 4 baths can each fit around 6-7 people without legs touching and it being awkward. The water was clean and overall design was nice, but I think it was missing a certain flare that i was used to. They also have large, xlarge, and 3x large size clothes - not sure what the little kids do because I didn't see a small or medium.
The highlight of the spa was really the common floors. The decoration is truly one for a king. I really love how they have the smaller common area sauna areas for both men and women to enter together. To me, this looks like an amazing dating or business chat opportunity. The little sauna huts look like old clay huts with some mosaics designed inside and these bags of random salts or teas to add to the aroma and atmosphere. The temperatures are not too hot and there's some moisture so it's not as difficult to breathe as a regular hot dry sauana.
Also in the common area was free internet service, lots of areas to watch TV and sleep, and many little spots to just sit down and chat with friends. The downstairs food area was also great for getting the traditional cold rice tea drink with the boiled eggs. It keeps you filled with calories and hydrated, which is key for all that sweating.
Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by this spa. I think the common areas really make it well worth the effort to come out here with a loved one or family. For $35, I definitely rejuvinated my body before my upcoming ride back to Manhattan. It's also an excellent area for dinner, so I would suggest getting there early, relaxing within the spa for a full day with a book and some friends, and then leaving for a quick dinner at one of the awesome restaurants down the block.

KING SPA -- WHERE BEING NAKED IS THE LAW.
Went on President's Day. It was like Xmas Eve at the mall. Too crowded and just a zoo. Don't go on holidays.
But I was willing to give the overcrowding a pass until I went into the hot tub at the end of my visit. This was my first time there and usually spas let you wear a swimsuit in the hot tub. So I get in and two minutes later this staff lady comes to me yelling "Oh no!!!!!! You can't wear that. Everyone else no suit. You can't wear that. Everyone else no suit." Not even one second she gave me to allow me to get up so that I could move on. She kept yelling, "You got to get out! You got to go." I told her okay and got out of the tub but she kept on and on and on!! Then I asked her where was the shower but she just kept telling me to get out. In order to get her to shut up I just ripped off the suit with everyone watching. Boobs flying every which way like Grace Jones in the movie Boomerang. Then she finally left me alone. The whole scene was ridiculous. So because I had a swimsuit on it was like I had committed a crime! She did not use any discretion or professionalism in telling me that I had to be BUTT NAKED in the hot tub. It was my first time there so I didn't know. Like why no option??? YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BE NAKED. I don't think anyone would have been offended if some don't want to have their kitty kat out and boobs dangling. I swear these people love taking your money and then are 'selective' on who they wanna be nice to. The way she handled the situation was totally out of line. She made a big scene over a swimsuit and it was embarrassing and uncalled for. They have 10 thousand signs all over the place in both English and Korean so maybe I missed it? After she hollered at me I just was so pissed I just put on my clothes and left. Clearly they don't care about having any repeat businesses from certain groups. They sold 10K in Groupons so they already have your money so customer service doesn't matter. I was planning on going back on another Groupon but I doubt it. I'll just find another place that will at least FAKE like they want my business. I'd rather pay extra for professionalism over paying a cheap Groupon rate and getting treated like I was a bum that wandered in from the street. Like someone said below, they seem a little bit racist. The majority of the people using the spa was their own, and they were the main ones frolicking around with their va-jay-jays and pees pees out. According to my boyfriend it was the same scene in the men's locker room - #ballzcity.

Ahhhh... I love this place, especially on a cold winter day. It may be 7 degrees outside, but this multi-leveled spa/sauna will keep you nice and warm. This place is 24 hours so you can stay overnight, as long as you get in the door before midnight. Minus one star because of the lack of parking and service. Nobody really pays you any mind, nor does the staff seem too keen on helping you out. Once you get in, it's like spa heaven. There's a food court with a variety of classic Korean dishes, fresh fruit juices and smoothies, and of course - hard boiled eggs, a sauna must-have.
